What is the surgery name-if you have a flat back head and if you want to make it round like most black people?

I have to do a report and I couldn’t find what this surgery is called it is for example if someone has a flat head in the back instead of their head going round and touching your neck half the people have it flat so it looks like face is directly connected to the neck like let me name somebody you can search let’s see for a round head it could be the rapper Bow Wow’s head and for flat search in 50 Cent mugshot and look at his side view of his head it is not flat but it kind of is so what is the surgery called from going flat to round
